Communicate with colleagues on the time frame of your deal. You can manage Due Dates for Headings, Line Item and Folders.

To set a Due Date for a Line Item, click on the 3-dot Menu of that Heading, Line Item, or Folder and then Manage Due Date.

Click on the Calendar button in the pop-up and choose a Due Date, or type in the correct date. Then click Save.

From now on, if a Heading, Line Item, or Folder has a Due Date a small Calendar Icon will appear. You can hover over the Calendar Icon to reveal the Due Date.

If a Due Date has already passed, the Calendar Icon will appear in red if items aren't closed, to show that the Line Item is overdue. Once the Due Date has been set, you can edit it at any time by clicking on the Calendar Icon on the Checklist to open the Due Date pop-up.

Users will receive email reminders that the due date is passed or is approaching (one day ahead) if they are marked as responsible teams for Line Items.
