To see the recent activity in your Organization, you need to go to your Organization Dashboard. Click the Account button found in the lower left corner of the dashboard and click Organization Dashboard.

Then click Organization Activity in the left side of the dashboard.

You can also filter the Activity Reports by Users, Date range and Events.
