Room link is a feature that allows users to share external link and show the links on the left sidebar.
How to enable Room Links?
Click the Settings tab in your checklist or data room.
Scoll down and look for Room Links under Features, and click Configure
In the Room Links pop-up, toggle the switch to enable Room Links.
Once enabled, you can start adding Name and the URL of the external Link you want to share. Click + Add another to add another Room Link.
Choose who can see the Room links - it can be seen by Everyone or Only Host Team.
Click Save, and the Room Links will appear on the left side of your room.
