The Room Post feature allows you to display important, static information (like rules, announcements, or pinned notes) directly on the left sidebar of your Room dashboard for easy visibility.
How to Enable and Configure a Room Post
Navigate to the specific Room where you want the post to appear.
Go to your Room's Settings
In the Room Settings menu, look for the feature labeled Room Post.
Click the Configure button next to the "Room Post" feature. A configuration pop-up window will appear.
Look for the toggle switch and toggle it On.
Once the toggle is switched On, the content fields will appear:
Headline: Enter a concise, attention-grabbing title for your post (e.g., "Welcome Guide," "Room Rules").
Body Text: Type the main content of your post. Use clear and formatted text to convey the necessary information.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Once saved, the Room Post will immediately appear in the left sidebar of your Room dashboard, visible to all members of the Host Team.
