Invite Expiration is a security feature that controls how long a room invitation remains valid. Once an invite expires, the link becomes inactive, and the recipient will require a new invitation to join.
How to Set Up Invite Expiration
Only Org Admins can set up the Invite Expiration.
To configure your expiration settings, follow these steps:
Open your Org Admin Settings page.
Scroll down to the Security section and find Invite Expiration.
Click the Configure button to open the settings window.
Enter the number of days you would like your invites to remain valid.
Click Save to apply the changes.
