Inactive Guest Expiration

Inactive Guest Expiration specifies how long guest users can be inactive in a room before their access expires. When enabled, inactive users will lose access to the rooms where they are inactive for the specified period.


How to Set Up Inactive Guest Expiration

Only Org Admins can set up the Invite Expiration. To manage Inactive Guest Expiration:

  1. Open Org Admin Settings.

  2. Under the Security tab, find Inactive Guest Expiration.

  3. Click Configure to launch the settings window.

  4. Toggle the switch to On.

  5. Enter the maximum number of days a guest can remain inactive before expiration.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
