Setup the highest role that a guest can have in the organization rooms.


How to Setup the Highest Permission Role for Guest Users

  1. Open your Org Admin Settings.

  2. Go to the Security tab and look for Highest Permission Role for Guest Users.

  3. Click Configure to open the pop window settings.

  4. Choose the role that you want your guest users' highest role. Please note that this will only restrict new room invites.

  5. Click Save to apply changes.
