This release brings Microsoft 365 directly into your deal workflow, so your team can view, version, and manage Office documents without ever leaving Prodeal. We've also made the Data Room faster to navigate and easier to work in, with smarter uploads and quicker bulk actions that keep your team moving.

You can now view and work with Office documents right inside Prodeal, including a native Excel viewer and a full Microsoft 365 viewer for other Office file types. Document versioning keeps every revision organized, and organizations can turn on Microsoft 365 support directly from the dashboard.

Teams now have dedicated document permission controls, giving you finer-grained management over who can access what within the Data Room.

The name column now stays frozen as you scroll, with the Open and three-dot menu conveniently built right in. Finding and acting on files is quicker and more intuitive than ever.

Copying items from a room is now even quicker. Hold Shift to select multiple items at once, cutting down on repetitive clicks.

Uploading is more resilient and flexible. You can now retry a single failed file or all failed files at once, and your item selections stay put in the Data Room while uploads are in progress, so you can keep working without losing your place.
