How to Enable Generating API Keys for your Organization
This action can only be performed by an Org Admin.
Navigate to the Organization Dashboard.
Select Security and locate API Key Access.
Click Configure.
In the pop-up modal, toggle Enable API keys to On.
Select the Maximum Access Level permitted for generated keys.
Read Only
Read and Write
Click Save.
How to Generate API Keys
Once enabled by an Org Admin, individual users can now generate API keys for their own integrations.
Navigate to Account Settings and select API Keys.
Click Create API Key.
In the pop-up modal, enter a Name, select an Access Level, and optionally set an Expiration Date (leaving this blank creates a key with no expiration).
Click Create.
Copy the generated key from the Save Your API Key pop-up, then click I Have Saved It.
Important: Your API key will only be displayed once. Store it in a secure location immediately; it cannot be retrieved after closing the window.
How to Revoke API Keys
Locate the API key you wish to remove from the list.
Click Revoke on the right side of the key's entry.
In the confirmation pop-up, click Revoke to finalize.
Warning: Revoking an API key is permanent and cannot be undone. Any integration using this key will lose access immediately.
