What External Users See when Opening a Customer Portal

Restricted

When visitors open a restricted portal link, they are prompted to enter their email address and submit a one-time verification code sent to their inbox. Once authenticated, they enter the portal interface displaying the designated destination folders. From there, visitors can select or drag and drop their files and click Send to securely transfer the files directly into the room.

Anyone with the link

Visitors opening a public portal link are taken directly to the file-sharing interface without requiring verification. They simply select or drag and drop their files into the designated folders and click Send to complete the upload.

Message Host

Visitors can reach out with questions or updates at any point using the built-in chat window on the portal page. Submitting a message triggers an email notification to the host team, who can review and reply to the inquiry directly from the room's Customer Portal dashboard.
