To Assign Responsibility for multiple Line Items:

  1. Use the checkboxes for items to which you would like to Assign or Manage Responsibility.

  2. Click the Manage Responsibility button located at the top of the checklist.

  3. Select the responsible Team(s) and click Save Changes.

If a team doesn't have access to an item, it will be gained while setting the responsibility. If a team loses access to an item, the team will lose responsibility as well.

You can also add due dates for items that have responsible parties and they will get email notification when a due date is approaching or is passed.
