Make sure you are logged in to ProDeal.

Click on the Help icon in the top right corner. 

Click on the Contact Support button from the drop-down menu.

What to do if you have an issue?

  1. Describe the problem you are having
  2. If relevant, provide room information or any other relevant information, file, image or other attachments
  3. If possible, provide an image or a screenshot of the issue

How to submit a feature request?

  1. Describe the feature or functionality you want to see on ProDeal
  2. If relevant, provide room information or any other relevant information, file, image or other attachments
