In order to give you full insight into work done in a specific room, ProDeal logs all activities, including actions such as Creating or Deleting a Line Item, writing a Note, Uploading Documents, and more.
To see the recent activity in a specific room, click Activity Report on the left-hand bar of your room page.
It is also possible to view the activity directly from your Dashboard by clicking on the Activity tab. In the Global Navigation Bar found on the left-hand bar of your ProDeal page, you can find Rooms, Activity, Open and +Create tabs.
If the Activity Report page does not appear, this means that activity tracking has been disabled. You can manage this feature by going to the Room Settings page. Scroll down to Checklist Settings and toggle the Activity Report button to On.
