In order to give you full insight into work done in a specific room, ProDeal logs all activities, including (but not limited to) actions such as viewing documents, uploading documents, downloading documents, edits to the room, writing a note or updating status or item access.

To see the recent activity in a specific room, click Room Activity on the left-hand bar of your room.

To filter the room activity, use the filters found at the top of the screen (under the room name). You can filter by Teams, Users, Date Range, and Events.

πŸ’‘ Only Hosts, Admins, and Guest teams have access to the Room Activity ("View and Upload" and "View only" teams do not have access to the Room Activity).

You can also check the activity of a specific checklist item (Documents, Heading, Line Item, Folder, and Sub-folder) directly. Click the 3 dot menu found on the right side of the desired checklist item. Then click See Activity.

It will redirect you to the Room Activity page and display the desired checklist item activity.

Export Room Activity

To export the room activity, click the Export button found on the upper right-hand of your screen, and select what type of file (XLSX and CSV).

It is also possible to view all the activity in all of your rooms directly from your dashboard by clicking on the Activity button. In the Global Navigation Bar found on the left-hand bar of your ProDeal page, you can find Rooms, Activity, Open and +Create tabs.
