We just launched three exciting new features in our data room. Let's check them out:

Our type filter allows you to filter your ProDeal data room by any item type, such as folder, file (or even more granular file types such as Word documents, Excel files, PDFs, etc).

What makes this Type Filter unique is that the search results are provided in a flat list, giving you a simple way to see all items in one place without having to sift through folders.

PS: if you've filtered your data room by a file type and you want to navigate to a specific file's folder, you'll notice that we also added a "Location" column.

If you hover your mouse over the file's location, we'll display a clickable popup allowing you to easily navigate to any of the folders in that file's path.

Do you want to see a list of all documents uploaded in your room on a specific date? How about over the course of a specific date range? Look no further!

Combine your Type Filter selection with the "Last Modified" filter to select a date range and further narrow your search results.

If you need to send a colleague or counterparty a list of documents or folders in your data room, just select your items and click the handy "Copy As Text" option at the top of your screen.

You'll automatically have a text list of everything you selected ready to paste on your clipboard. You can paste this list into an email or internal chat to send wherever it needs to go.

As an added benefit, the list will be hyperlinked right back to the documents on ProDeal.
