Implement further limitations for the team members. 

You have the option to enable certain actions that will limit the access of team users in your room.

Protect the copyright by watermarking documents in your data room. This ensures security when downloading documents.

Got to Room Settings. Click the Room Settings button found on the lower left of the sidebar. (If you can’t see the sidebar, click the 3-bar menu found in the upper left corner of your screen)

On the Security section, Click the Configure button on the Watermark option.

(optional) Enter custom watermark text if needed and click Save. (example:   Confidential information!)

- On the Security section, Click the Configure button on the Watermark option.
- Toggle switch to turn on
- (optional) Enter custom watermark text if needed and click Save. (example: Confidential information!)
