Access Management
Select which team you want to manage the access to folders and documents/files. Click the Manage Access button found on the upper right of each team’s card.
If you'd like the team to have access to:
all the files in the room - click "Select All"
most of the files in the room but not all - click "Select All" then deselect any that you do not want to include.
Only one or a few line items, select the appropriate files/folders."
Click the Save button to save changes.
