Access Management
To control which folders and files a team can access:
Go to the Teams page and find the desired team.
Click Manage Access on their card.
Select the specific files or folders using the checkboxes.
To select all the files in the room -click the checkbox at the very top.
To select most of the files in the room but not all - click Select All, then deselect any that you do not want to include.
To select only one or a few files, select the appropriate files/folders by ticking the checkbox.
Click Save to apply the permissions.
