The due date helps you track and manage important item deadlines effectively.
How to enable Due Dates in your Data Room?
Go the the Settings dashboard of your Data Room.
Under Features, look for Due Date and toggle the Due Date button to turn it on.
Once enabled, you will be able to see the Due Date column and see the teams or individual responsible for the items.
How to Assign Due Dates?
Click on the Due Date column of the item or folder you want to set Due Dates.
A Set Due Date pop up will appear and click Add date to set the Due Date.
Once you have selected the Due Date, you can choose to Send an Email Reminder by clicking the checkbox. You can also modify your email reminders by setting the:
Recepients
Date and Time
Customize the Email Reminder message
Click Save and you can see the set Due Date in the Due Date column.
How to Bulk Assign Responsibilites?
Click the checkbox of the files or folders you would like to set a Due Date.
Click the Manage Responsibility button located at the top of the data room.
A Set Due Date pop up will appear and click Add date to set the Due Date. Note: Setting a due date will replace any existing due dates for the selected items.
Once you have selected the Due Date, you can choose to Send an Email Reminder by clicking the checkbox. You can set the date and time the reminder will be sent, and customize the message of the reminder.
5. Click Save and you can see the set Due Date in the Due Date column.
