If you are experiencing issues with:

  1. Not being able to access the ProDeal website

  2. Notifications or other emails related to ProDeal are ending up in your email spam folder

  3. Not being able to download items from your room on ProDeal

Please contact the IT administrator in your company and ask them to add the following domains to their domain whitelist:

  1. app.prodeal360.com and prodeal360.com - adding this should resolve the first two issues

  2. s3.amazonaws.com - adding this should resolve the download issues
