Customize your checklist by using filter options.

Filter Your Checklist

To make your workflow as efficient as possible, use our Filters Feature. At the top of your Checklist is the Filter by Status button.

Predefined statuses are:

  • White - no status items or deliverables

  • Red - open items or deliverables

  • Grey - items in progress

  • Green - closed items

Each item will have a corresponding color depending on the status you set via Bulk status update.

Next to the Filter by Status, you'll see the following options:

  • Filter by Access (see all the items accessible by a particular team)

  • Filter by Responsibility (see all the items assigned to a particular team)

  • Unread filter (quickly see all unread documents or notes)

  • Upload date filter (find all items created in the selected time period)

Status Settings

By default, filtering by Status would include headings, line items and folders. If you only want to consider the line items for status filtering and room progress, you can turn on the Status Filtering And Room Progress toggle.

Go to Settings, under Features, look for Statuses, then click Configure.

Turn ON the toggle next to Status Filtering And Room Progress to only filter line items.

ProTip: You can use these filters in any combination.
