Customize the layout of your checklist using the preset columns such as Access, Responsibility, Upload Date, and Notes, or create a new Custom Column. You can use Column Switchers to sort the columns to your liking.
Note: Notes and Custom Column will need to be enabled in Room Settings before you can see them in the column switcher. You can rename the custom column in the Room Settings page.
A Custom Column can be used for additional deliverables' statuses, urgent updates, or any comment you want to leave for an item without using Notes.
Users can choose to receive email notifications when the custom column's value is updated. Custom Column values are shown in the Activity Report as well.
Note: Restricted Guest and View Only teams can't see or use custom columns.
