Watermark Documents
Protect the copyright by watermarking documents in your data room. This ensures security when downloading documents.
How to enable document watermarking
Got to Room Settings. Click the Room Settings button found on the lower left of the sidebar. (If you can’t see the sidebar, click the 3-bar menu found in the upper left corner of your screen)
On the Security section, Click the Configure button next to the Document Watermark option.
Toggle switch to turn On Document Watermarking.
Optional: Enter custom watermark text if needed. (example: Confidential information!)
Click Save to apply the changes.
