I can’t see how to download documents
To download documents, hover your mouse over any document and click the Download button.
You can also use bulk select to check all the items you want to download from the checklist.
Select any combination of Checklist Items and then click the Download button at the top of your screen.
Choose if you want to download selected items with folder structure or not.
Click Download to save the selected file(s) to your computer.

I’m trying to unzip a folder, but my computer is saying the file extension is too long.
Some operating systems limit characters in the name or path of a folder. If you are getting this error message on Windows, contact ProDeal support to turn on compatibility mode.
