Changing User Roles

To change a user's role within your Organization:

  1. Navigate to your Organization Dashboard and select the Users tab.

  2. Locate the specific user whose role you want to update.

  3. Click the three-dot menu on the right side of their name and select Change Role.

  4. Choose the appropriate role from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Certifying Users (Managing Room Creation)

Users must be "certified" before they can create new rooms. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time.

To certify a user:

  1. Navigate to your Organization Dashboard and select the Users tab.

  2. Locate the user you want to certify.

  3. Click the three-dot menu on the right side and select Allow room creation.

  4. In the pop-up confirmation window, click the Allow room creation button to finalize the certification.

šŸ’” Note: If you need to revoke this permission in the future, simply follow the same steps and click Deny room creation instead.
