Follow these steps for using ProDeal when receiving title documents:
The title company will upload documents to each of the Line Items.
Other transaction participants (such as attorneys or paralegals) will download, review and upload comments, as needed.
Communicate reply-all style comments or approvals using the Line Item Notes.
Once documents are closed, the title company will close each Line Item (i.e. make the folder green) to indicate completion.
Once documents are final, you can bulk-download all the documents by using Bulk select and download (with or without the folder structure).
