Are you having trouble logging in?

For security reasons, you can only log into ProDeal with the same email used to create your account. If you forgot your ProDeal password, you can reset your password by using the email address linked to your ProDeal account. You will not be able to access your ProDeal account through a different email address. 

To reset your password, go to the ProDeal Login Page. Type in your email address and then click Next. Then select Forgot Password? On the next page. You will receive an email with a password reset link.  Click the link and follow the directions. 

You can click Forgot your password? Once every 60 seconds. Please make sure you use the latest reset password link.

What if I don't remember what email I used to log in?

A common login issue is the use of an email alias.  If you have multiple email aliases that direct email to your inbox, it is possible you are having trouble logging into ProDeal because you are using an alias.  Re-attempt your login with a different email address.  

If you would like to add another alias to your account, you can do so by contacting ProDeal support.  Once an alias is added to your account, you will be able to log in with both emails.
