While ProDeal supports a large number of file-types for upload, the list of files that can be opened directly on ProDeal is, for security reasons, limited to:
PDF
Office documents: DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX
Images: JPG, BMP, TIF, PNG, WMF, EMF, GIF
Text: HTML, RTF, ODT, ODS, ODP, TXT, CSV
Emails: EML, MSG
If you upload any file type that is supported, but is not on this list, you will be able to store it in your ProDeal room(s), but not open it directly using ProDeal document viewer.
