Ensure effective management of your Data Room's columns by selecting the most pertinent information and determining the visibility of columns for each team.
How to Hide & Show columns
On your Data Room Dashboard, click the Columns button found on the upper right of your screen.
A pop-out window will appear. Use the toggle switch next to each column name to hide or show the respective column.
You can also change the order of the columns by simply clicking on the column name and dragging it to your desired position.
Click the Save button to apply the changes to the default view.

How to manage Column Access
You can manage the column access in your data room. This will allow you to select specific columns that are visible for each team.
Go to Teams Page. Click the teams icon found in the sidebar on the left side of your dashboard.
Select which team you want to manage the column access. Click the Manage Columns button on the Team's card.
A pop-out window will appear to manage the Column Access Tab.
Set the toggle switch to On for each column that should be visible to this specific team.
Click the Save button to apply the changes.
