Ensure effective management of your Data Room's columns by selecting the most pertinent information and determining the visibility of columns for each team.

How to hide & show columns

On your Data Room Dashboard, Click the Columns found on the upper right of your screen.

Once you have clicked on the Columns button, there is a pop-out window that will let you choose what columns should be visible. Toggle the switch to hide or show columns, and then click Save to save the changes.

Manage teams to what columns are visible for them.

You can manage the column access in your data room. This will allow you to select specific columns that are visible for each team.

How to manage Column Access

Go to Teams Page, click the teams icon found in the sidebar on the lower left of your screen.

Note: If you can’t see the sidebar, click the 3-bar menu found in the upper left corner of your screen to show the hidden sidebar.

On the teams page, select which team you want to manage the column access. Click the Manage Columns button

A pop-out window will appear to manage the Column Access Tab.

Click on the checkbox to select which columns you want to be visible for this specific team. Then click the Save button to save the changes.
