How to Manage DRM Options For Each Team

To turn on/off copying and pasting restrictions per team

  1. Go to Teams Page. Select which team you want to manage DRM.

  2. On the team’s card, click the DRM button.

  3. A pop-out window will appear for DRM Options.

  4. Toggle the switch if you want to enable or disable the actions.

  5. Click Save to apply the new settings.

How to Manage DRM Options in your room

Set the default restricitions for your room.

  1. Got to Room Settings. Click the Settings button found on the lower left of the sidebar. (If you can’t see the sidebar, click the 3-bar menu found in the upper left corner of your screen)

  2. On the Security section, Click the Configure button on the DRM Option line.

  3. Toggle the switch for each item to enable or disable the actions.

  4. Save your changes. You have two options for saving:

    • Click Save to set the default DRM restriction for new teams only.

    • Click Save and update the existing teams to apply the new default DRM restrictions to both new and existing teams.
