You can use our powerful filtering in combination with bulk download to quickly select and download only the items you choose. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Filter to show only the unread documents.
If there are any unread documents in your room, you will see an unread button on the top of your screen. Click the unread button to instantly display line items containing unread documents and notes. You can individually select unread documents you want to download or download one at a time.
2. Bulk select the unread items.
You can select all unread documents using a dropdown before Filter by Status.
3. Bulk select the closed items.
You can select all unread documents using a dropdown before Filter by Status.
4. Download the selected files.
Once selected, the Download button will appear and you can proceed to download documents with the folder structure or without it. As a Host, you can download originals and watermarked version when watermarking is switched on. Other teams can download only watermarked versions.
Once you select your download option, you will see a pop-up window. Depending on the number and size of your documents, it might take a few seconds to prepare your download. You can either wait for your download or click close. Either way, ProDeal will send you an email to download your documents when ready.
If you no longer need to filter those documents, you can choose to mark all the documents as read in the process.
