Unable to download, upload or access ProDeal

Sometimes companies block traffic from websites and applications they are not familiar with. Contact your company's IT department and request that ProDeal is whitelisted.

Whitelist the following URLs:

https://prodeal360.com
https://app.prodeal360.com
https://api.prodeal360.com
https://upload.prodeal360.com

https://s3.amazonaws.com/

Unable to upload to ProDeal from a shared drive

There are many different internal shared drive options out there. Depending on your company's configuration you may not be permitted to access your shared drive through your web browser. Try saving the documents to your desktop first and then uploading from there.

Unable to reset password/Not getting reset email

Try searching your inbox for emails from donotreply@prodeal360.com. If you do not see any, please make sure you are using the exact email address your ProDeal invitation was sent to.
