Your Rooms Dashboard will display all rooms you have created and been given access to. To find rooms, you have two options:
The rooms filters
Global search
Room Filters
You can use the search bar located at the top of your Rooms Dashboard to easily find the room you are looking for. You can search by room name, ProDeal room number, asset type, team name, team member's name, or email.
The dashboard will return the results while you type. Use the X icon to clear the search bar or the Clear All button.
💡 ProTip: You can combine the search bar and filters to refine your search results even more.
Global Search
You can also use the Global Search when looking for a specific room or template. Search for an item, documents, notes, and even content (document content and notes content) to find that specific room.
Apply these filters while searching for something to display what's relevant.
Note: While the filter is active, you can also search for a room or a template to direct the result of your search to a specific room or template.
Note: Clearing the filter will give you all the results that you have access to. (room, template, document, note, and item)
💡 Pro Tip: You can hide/show the Filters and Side Menu Bar by clicking the squared buttons to maximize the screen.
