Need help troubleshooting an issue not listed here?
- Google Chrome. Make sure you’re using Google Chrome. ProDeal works best on Chrome.
- Try a refresh! Refreshing your screen or restarting your machine is always a great way to handle any connectivity or browser issues.
- Check your zoom settings. It is possible that certain icons on ProDeal will become hidden if your screen is too zoomed in.
- Check your computer resolution. On older monitors especially, resolution can hide certain buttons.
- Check your status in a room. You can do this in the Teams Page on the left side bar of any room. The actions you can take in a room depend on your status set by the host.
