Here are some tips that might help you out:

  1. Google Chrome. Make sure you’re using Google Chrome.  ProDeal works best on Chrome.

  2. Try a refresh! Refreshing your screen or restarting your machine is always a great way to handle any connectivity or browser issues. 

  3. Check your zoom settings.  It is possible that certain icons on ProDeal will become hidden if your screen is too zoomed in. 

  4. Check your computer resolution.  On older monitors especially, resolution can hide certain buttons.  

  5. Check your status in a room.  You can do this in the Teams Page on the left sidebar of any room. The actions you can take in a room, depend on your status set by the host.
